Erica Price (she/her) is an environmental and urban historian of the US South. Her PhD dissertation examined the political economy of water in French, Spanish, antebellum, and postbellum New Orleans and Orleans Parish through 1879. She is also interested in digital humanities and digital history as methods for scholarly research and for sharing scholarship and findings with the academy and the public. Erica also studies board games in the United States and Gulf Piracy in the early 19th Century.
